I am starting a Research on the FireFighters Market for the above regions in the Oil & Gas domain.
In particular I am interested in availabilty, market prices in annual terms as well as possible commitment to work in the Afghanistan Market. Obviously what the hiring company want to do is to reduce costs as well as being able to find candidates willing to go to thoses territories. Any hint or feedback will be appreciated. The Following is the information I have been given:
"The roles that they have us focused on now are for the lower end of this spectrum at $22K USD. They have an ongoing requirement at 3 different levels of contracts: Tier 1 would make up getting people from countries like Vietnam, Africa and Some South American Countries,...
Salary Rates starting around $22,000 USD and Up. Includes Life Insurance, Health Care while on the Job, Housing, Food, etc.... Location is Afghanistan for these positions
Process would be, screen, interview with company, Background and Security Check to be on a NATO Base. 3 years Minimum Experience with the following Western Fire Fighting Certifications and Qualifications. - NFPA 1001: Fire fighter Qualifications or Equivalent - NFPA 1002 Fire Fighter Leave I & II - NFPA 1003: Airport Firefighter or Equivalent - NFPA 472: HAZMAT or Equivalent This is a start of positions with this part of this company.
