Where firefighters come to talk training

Ok, so I am the cpt. Of the trainning and education in my area I have to teach a trainning max of 3.5 hours in a month and the topic I was going to do got cut do to a new tanker not being delivered, it is a small rual dept. Has about 30 memebrs mostly new to service and not inteior qualififed, looking for any trainning ideas or power points people could provide, I want to keep it smiple and want to keep it basic and easy. How about some basic wildland fire training. We are also a small rural department and are just coming out of a dry winter. We still have a lot of dry grass & brush left from last season and are training our folks, also not yet interior qualified, to fight brush fires.
