Where firefighters come to talk training

Hose Bed Prop

I am interested in building a hose bed prop for my station. Anyone out there have plans or links to sites where I may find plans for hose bed prop construction? Rather than go through the road rash of starting from scratch, I thought I would throw this out there....

An old Dept I was with measured for the typical hose bed and constrcuted it out of plywood or OSB (base) and 2"x4" boards for the sides. The "constructed" hosebeds were then placed on two to three saw horses, enabling the firefighter the ability to practice hose loads without tying up an apparatus. Once the hose has been laid, the firefighter must pull off the entire load for the next in line. If the bed came off the saw horse, you knew instantly that the hose was loaded incorrectly and the firefighter failed, and would have to reload the hose bed. Our dimensions are 10' long, 6-8' wide, and 4-8" height.
