Where firefighters come to talk training

I am looking for help in developing a good individual and group training record sheet, to provide for documentation of all drills, and keep a running record on firefighters attendance and participation in these drills

We use fire house software. It does a lot for us. No paper work to keep and you can easily pull up any information you want on past training .
Thanks, I will get with our chief and see if we can budget for this
