Where firefighters come to talk training

Hi friends and sports fans
anyone care to make comment, -- good, bad, or indifferent on the article i have in march issue
it is a subject i feel everyone talks about (including me), but in general we have a hard time following these concepts. Just ake a look at pics and videos and there is not much arguement. What're your thoughts?
Have you expereinced some of the old school habits (the way we've always done it approach) impacting your fireground in a negative way?
Be safe out there
