Where firefighters come to talk training

My dept is looking to purchase new scba's and is in the process of contacting manufacturers. What we are looking for if, anyone has one, is a form of some kind for our members to rate the various packs. We want to keep it simple but hit all the key points-comfort,fit,ease of use,reliability,etc..If anyone has a form or knows where to get one it would be greatly appreciated and save us some time. Thanks in advance.

There is a piece of media content on this site that covers this. The video is: http://www.fireengineering.com/webcasts/webcastDetails.html?id=903

It covers forming test groups, critera for testing, wither to combat or non-combat test, etc. It's around an hour and is hosted by Sperian, but I didn't see an ax getting ground. It was informative and non biased.

Best of luck and let us know how it goes.
