Where firefighters come to talk training

What is being done, out in the paid departments to combat the budget cuts that effect safety, minimum manning, key parts of NIMS, IMS, ICS, OSHA, and NFPA. The City of Camden FD has done away with minimum manning to reduce "overtime" (straight time) our department is using task force and strike teams minimum of 2 firefighters per apparatus. Most of our apparatus were staffed with 1 officer and 3 FFs., Accoubtability officer was downgraded to a FF, officer pulled to cover vacancies. Our department lived for overtime and to a very fast and abrupt halt it was done NO OVERTIME.. Not crying just want that extra security that four more firefighters were right behind me never had to deal with lack of staffing.
