Bradley M. Pinsky is an attorney licensed to practice in New York State. He represents approximately 200 fire departments, fire districts and ambulance services throughout the state. He is a Captain of the Manlius Fire Department in Manlius, NY, a combination fire department. He is the author of the "Fire Department Law & Management Resource Manual" (N.Y.S. edition). He is a 21 year E.M.T. He lectures throughout the nation on various fire and EMS related legal topics. He is always available to lecture. He writes articles for variouspublications, including Fire Engineering. He lectured on the attorney panel at FDIC 2008. He maintains a website at www.emsfirelaw.com.
