Let me start this one!

I have the opportunity to teach in about four states for a University here in Ohio. This allows me to see several GREAT firehouses that love to train and take it seriously. Heck, that is the reason I'm there!

I always like to ask "What does the buddy system mean? "95% of the time I hear "two in two out", I then follow up with "What does two in two out mean?" Again, 95% of the time I get a response of "if two firefighters are in two firefighters better come out." I do agree with this, but it is only 50% of the answer. Can anyone tell me what the other half of the answer is?
Thanks for reading! Todd McKee
