Where firefighters come to talk training

I am interested to know some of your opinions on "online fire academys". I have looked at several, and they all seem to be a cut and paste copy of each other, claiming to be NFPA 1001 and 1002, Haz mat awareness, and Haz mat ops, also all the courses are said to be IFSAC accredited or approved. My question is this, "How will perspective employers look at these courses and academys versus a traditonal academy." All these online academys have a two week "boot camp" that is said to be very intensive, but I cant imagine a two week camp to be as intensive as a 6 week course. Any opinions would be appreciated.
