Where firefighters come to talk training

As a company officer I feel its a responsibility to push for the success of our members.  But as we all know, not all will be promoted at one time. We have a very good promotional process and the guys have worked very hard to be successful. Is there any suggestions or experiences that may help me support the morale of the members who will have to wait till next time.
