Fire Engineering Training Community

Where firefighters come to talk training

This spot was created as a "pass it on" spot so we can briefly and quickly "pass it on" related to a FireFighterCloseCall. Define a close call? Well-it usually is immediately followed by an "OH SH!T" or something like that. An event where none of us lost our lives, but came close, might be a good place to start. It may include one of us getting hurt-or a less serious close call that "coulda" been real serious. Give a brief intro story of the event, what lead to the FFCC, what could have done different (if anything) and what changes you recommend.
Take Care,
Billy G
