The opening remarks of " This is a tragedy, not a crime" was probably said by the trail lawyer for the Triangle Shirt owners when he gave his opening remarks 100 years ago. It is about time that people be held accountable for there actions. The contractors removed the stand pipe which is illegal. They need to be held accountable for their actions, regardless of the other issues. This is just one part that made up the "perfect storm" for this tragedy to occur.
