Where firefighters come to talk training

Where to send fire photos to be considered for publication?

I'm a photographer from Philadelphia. Posted some pictures on Facebook and had a volunteer friend of mine say I should look this site up. Should I just post links to photos in a Discussion or is there someone I should shoot an e-mail to?

Thank you
