Where firefighters come to talk training

On Deck Concept

Our department currently utilizes the RIT concept during training and fireground operations. I am looking for information on the On Deck concept developed and used by the Phoenix Fire Department. I am looking for any department that utilizes this concept and any SOGs that they use.
