Where firefighters come to talk training

I am trying to find a source of information on what percentage of businesses go under because of a fire. I would like to use this information as a topic of discussion with businesses when they put in a burglary alarm and not a fire alarm - and the chances of going out of business from a break-in vs. a fire.

-I can't remember where I read the stat but if memory serves it was on the order of 80% of small businesses that sustain a fire never recover to open again.
-If I find or remember the reference I'll post it.
Thanks. I am still looking for any info too.
