Fire Engineering Training Community

Where firefighters come to talk training

Good Day All -
Like many people, I am repairing/replacing a deck on my home. And like many, I, too, will be using composite decking and materials. This brought about a discussion on shift yesterday about the properties of composite materials. My question is: has anyone seen any information or know of any studies done on the combusitbility of composite decking? Has anyone been involved in incidents involving these materials? Thanks in advance for any information.
