Run for Your Health

Dear Fellow Firefighters and Friends,

Check out the link and get moving. If you have Nike+, just log in and join the cause. For those that don't have a Nike+ account, it is free and easy. You will need an iPod, I am not sure if you can manually log your runs or not.

The challenge is for firefighters and friends/family of firefighters to run at least 343 miles between now and April 22, 2010 at FDIC 5k. You can certainly pass that goal or finish your last miles at FDIC. Your on your own and I encourage you to take pledges or get sponsors to raise money for this worthy cause.

You have plenty of time to get in shape and get it done. Get moving. See you at the finish line.
