Fire Engineering Training Community

Where firefighters come to talk training

Brothers,

If you were at the meeting last Tuesday, you'll remember we discussed signing on as a sponsor for the TN TUFF Challenge at the TN Fire & Codes Enforcement Academy in Bell Buckle. The TUFF Challenge is a combat-style competition that draws firefighters from all over the state. As sponsors, we get to set up a merchandise table and the Mid-TN FOOLS banner. We can also bring flyers to promote the Lt. Brad Hutcherson Memorial Fire School.

Competitor sign-in starts at 7:30 a.m. and the first TUFF Challenge event is at 8:30. I can be there to set up first thing in the morning, but I'll have to leave by 2:00. We need at least one other volunteer for the morning and at least two for the afternoon. There's no posted end time, but I'm guessing we can tear down by 5:00, or so.

If you are available, please contact me ASAP, so we can coordinate schedules. If your department is sending a team, let us know and we'll be on-hand to cheer for you. Thanks, and stay safe!

KTF,
Joe
