Where firefighters come to talk training

is there any course or regulationduring which is relatived to firefighters' training in your country?

I want to design a course about safety when firefighters perform any kind of training, such as diving, livesaver, rescue and so on. Due to my poor English, maybe the statement aboved can't present the whole idea what I want to say. Please kindly to share your idea about designing the class. The participants of this class will be the safety officer in the future training to make sure the
students' safety during their training. Or please kindly to give me some directions or website to be a reference.
