Where firefighters come to talk training

We are in the process of looking at upgrading are tools. We are trying to find a set of cutters that are strong enough to do the job. I have been told that the Hurst MOC II will cut thru it with no problem. Does anyone out there have any expereince with cutting the Boron Steel?? And if you do what kind of tools are you using to do this?
