Looking For more Recruitment and Retention Officers

My name is Jeff Butcher and I am the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator at Delhi Township Fire Department in Michigan. I am trying to locate all the RR coordinators from across the country. My goal is to first develop a network to collaborate our efforts and help each other and secondly to bring our efforts to every fire department in the country. As recruitment and retention issues continue to be hardships for departments our efforts can aid in resources, guides, and help to any fire department in need. If you are a RR coordinator, know a RR coordinator, or have any ideas that could help my efforts it would be much appreciated!
