Fire Engineering Training Community

Where firefighters come to talk training

Let's stop for a minute; think about your last tour, alarm or response.

Is there anything that you could have done differently that could have had a more positive impact to those around you or in the outcome of the incident?
Did you set the right example, lead by example and project safety through leadership?
In retrospect what could you have done differently, and what lessons can you share?
Could have the end results and consequences been significantly different?
Give an example of Safety through leadership that you may have exhibited that made a difference.
