I just talked to our RAE supplier.
He told me that every customer, together with the meters, should have received a CD with a lot of info, including user instructions (probably also ppt)
He could supply me with the presentations in Dutch, but as this is of no use to you, he suggested that if you do not have the CD, you either check their website www.raesystems.com (label "support" or contact Rae HQ in San Jose, tel. 408 952 8200, email customerserv@raesystems.com
