The text book is actually Volume 10 in the McGraw Hill Controlling Pilot Error Series, it is called Culture Environment and CRM. There are some very good points in there and I would also recommend you read McLucas' book Decision Making : Risk Management to help you to understand how to use CRM. It is not a tool which transport readily unless you have a well established chain of command and clearly defined roles and responsibilities within your companies. One of the keys to CRM is a military set of customs and etiquette. I am a strong proponent of CRM but you need to front end load it with respect, education and practice.
