Were you part of the team that recovered the guys at the demolition pit? Our CSR team used the incident as a learning tool, and have brought it up while doing Confined Space Awareness training for some of the local industries. Bad deal all around. What they say about 3 dying to rescue 1 plays out unfortunately.
