Where firefighters come to talk training

I have read some of the other posts and it got me thinking about what we have been trying to push here in Minnesota for about a year. Folks if we teach our FF not to get in to deep and to come out while still having air in their tank the RIT team will be a very board group. I am all about RIT and having a safety to cover us when it just goes the wrong way, but I think the fact that is being missed is how folks are getting trained on the front end. For years we have been tought fire, water, traped person, rescue, what about FF down how do I save myself or more important how do I not get in trouble. This is my passion and I hope others feel the same way.
Remember " TO SEE THINGS YOU HAVEN'T SEEN YOU MUST DOWN THINGS YOU HAVEN'T DONE" Train the right way!!!!1
