Where firefighters come to talk training

From time to time with the state I teach in Class B burn buildings. My department is also in the process of building a Class B building. Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas for teaching in these. The state is making an effort to add a Class A room to each of thier buildings, in order to allow fire behavior to be instructed, but I am still looking for someone to get my students the best experience they can get out of it.

Our class B is not the greatest but it works for hose evolutions and VES. We use a class A room for fire behavior and stream application. I just completed 16 hours of class B evolutions with a candidate class. One of the nice things was being able to shut the fire off, go over the mistakes and why they could not advance the line, then just start up the fire and smoke and not have to wait to build things up. I was able to do this shut down about four to five times and then start up each time in a matter of a few minutes. Yes, things are not the same but in my urban area some fire is better than no fire and it is up to the instructor to "play along" but alos keep the studnet informed of what to expect in the real world.
