Where firefighters come to talk training

Brothers and Sisters,
I am looking into a fitness program for my job. I am interested in any language you have, union or non-union, that is in your contract or SOP/SOG.

I know many of you have this and I am very interested in how yours is written.

Please email me if possible attachments you have.

Thanks,
Joe

here in tulsa we have language that states that everyone hired after july 1 1995 will participate in our P.A.T. physical ability test course. members must maintain a maintenance level every year, if they fail they are assigned to a exercise specialist for up to three months, then they attempt the p.a.t. again and if they don't pass then they go visit the fire chief for a follow up and assessment by the chief, whereby, then they develop another plan through input from the chief and exercise guru and try to pass the p.a.t. at the maintenance level. If you are in shape and get the incentive level on the p.a.t. then you get either one shift off with pay or 24 hours of service pay added to your check. any thing else???? stuff i missed??
