Fire Engineering Training Community

Where firefighters come to talk training

The most enduring gift any person can give is knowledge - the tool you never lose and never wear out. In these especially difficult times with budgets being cut to the bone it’s critical that firefighters continue to get the training to stay safe and ensure the safety of others.

In that spirit True North is establishing a scholarship which will allow one firefighter to attend classes and H.O.T. at FDIC 2010 in Indianapolis.

The True North Training Scholarship recipient receives:
* Hands-On Training Full Package and up to 16 hours of H.O.T. Evolutions and/or Workshops
* 4 Night Hotel Stay in downtown Indianapolis

To enter yourself or another firefighter, please go to http://www.truenorthgear.com/fdic_scholarship.php

That is a great thing that True North is doing for the Fire Service.

Some of us can't afford to pay our airfare, hotel and conference package since we are so far away.

Thanks again
Brad, NO ONE is farther away than you, Bro.

Not true...Seen some people on here from Australia! LOL

At least I don't have to drive over cattle grates and watch out for sheep like when you have to drive to the tire, hair care and liquor mart landing strip to get a flight!
That's the Bozeman International Airport, Hair Care and Tire Salon and there are no sheep, just Elk.
