Just wondering if everyone I
s compliant with the NIMS standards and if not how it is coming?

Our department has all but 6 personnel done with the 100, 200, 700, & 800. Still working on getting all the officers the 300 & 400, this is due to the lack of classes in the area right now. But what we do is sit one to two personnel down on a training night and have them take the class online and it has seemed to work out.

That's kinda been our approach too. Our officers only like 400 being through. We had a class scheduled but it was cancled at the last minuite. We have only one or two guys that still need some part of 100, 200, 700, or 800.

With the deadline looming I'm glad we haven't put this off.
