May 10 & 11, 2012, Lewisville, Texas

 

It’s that time of year again!  What an incredible event!!  Our City has embraced this with open arms and continues to support this annual event like nowhere else.  Each year it continues to grow and I don’t know how they do it but it keeps getting better and better!

Day 1 – May 10th

Registration and Meet and Greet

(Continental breakfast provided to all attendees)

Opening Ceremonies and General Session

Vender meet and greet and attendee networking

Lunch (Provided to all attendees)

Breakout Sessions

Evening Jam session, meet and greet, beer garden and dinner (Dinner provided to all attendees).  Shuttle for those that need it from the hotel to this event will be provided starting at 1730 hours and run until 0200

 

 Day 2 – May 11th

(Continental breakfast provided to all attendees prior to breakout sessions)

*Transportation to and from the airport and Thursday evening’s event will be furnished.

 

 There will be a pub crawl Friday night!!
