its hard to find a school that is not on line for people who are not computer sa ve
Bio:
20 years old no family and trying to become a firefighter.
i am nt the smarts boy on earth but i try to learn things that well help me to get there.

please if there is any schools in the LA area that are not online i would love to hear about then please help me to find a great school so i can help people who need it!

That's ok, I can understand computer frustrations!

But since you asked; there are many states and cities with community colleges that have a Fire Science program. Many places require an EMT and at least a FFI cerification just to apply to take a test. You should be able to connect with some young firefighters that are or have taken firefighting courses.

Just a thought; my local community college has a firefighting program and one can submit home work online but I don't know that it is a requirement to do so. Is this what you meant about it hard to find a place to get education without having to do it by computer?

You mentioned your 20 years old; I assume you have a high school diploma? That's very important. GED may allow you to test however...Les
