Oregon is beautiful country...people i talked to when i was there said southern oregon...northern cali...got dusted with snow that pretty much melted away once the sun came out...they swore it was a mild winter...i was considering testing with medford fire...washington is weird...i dint like the people there...too uppity...but one half of washington state drowns while the other bakes...theres a mountain range that basically divides the state in half...both are good states...and you might even catch a glimpse of sasquatch...lol
