I have 26 years of experience in all phases of fire department operations with an emphasis on emergency operations, training, program development, organizational management and emergency management. I was hired in 1982, promoted to equipment operator in 1990, Lieutenant in 1992, Deputy Chief of Training in 1996, and Assistant Chief Operations in 2002. I hold a wide range of degrees, certifications and certificates as I am an eager learner as well as a 15 year instructor with Waukesha County Technical College.
