In my previous department it would have to be training and keeping an open mind to new classes and tichniques that come with acquired knowledge.
Professional Qualifications:
Lieutenant in charge of a truck company before becoming a staff instructor with Ms State Fire Academy. I am a smoke diver and a paramedic. I am also a certified advanced rescue tech with the state. Which includes dive, rope, confined space, hazmat, trench rescue, and smoke diver certified. Fire ground leadership, driver operator, firefighter intervention rescue survival techniques are among others are classes i have been blessed to obtain.
