Bio:
Captain Dean Babineau joined the Charlton Fire Department as a call firefighter in September of 1999, he was certified as an EMT-B in June of 2000. In April of 2007 Dean was hired as a carrer fire fighter / EMT and currently serves as a Capatin and shift commander on Group 2. He also is an instructor with the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy in the Call / Volunteer Recruit Program and in the Disrtict 7 Recruit Program. In addition to his fire based endevors Dean enjoys spending time with his wife and their son. They live in Charlton, MA where Dean was born and raised.

Hey Dean,
if there is one group I could and would recommend for TIC training, it woud have to be Safe IR. They're based out of NY , started by a couple guys from Rescue 3, but they've got trainers all over the country. By far, the best TIC training I've received was from these guys, because they actually get into tactical applications of thermal imaging versus your typical "How to use your camera" classes offered by most. Take a look and sign up to our group we could use your input. Tactical Building Blocks & Air Management. If you search groups by most members we are list at the top.
