Where firefighters come to talk training

Brothers and Sisters, I'm a Captain at a station adjacent to an airport.  I was just transferred to this station so I'm in the process of coming up to speed on airport/ARFF ops..  I have been informed the foam we are using in our ARFF has been "gumming" up and clogging the manifold. We are currently running AR-AFFF in the 130 gallon foam tank.  We do regularly run the pump and flow foam to try to combat the gumming issue. In an effort to not waste foam, are there any suggestions/experience out there for recommendations on a type of foam that will reduce this gumming problem?  Budget is an issue as usual, so Microblaze at $145/5 gallons is probably out of the equation..

Thank You!

John
