I've been involved in the fire service for 9 years, 8 of which have been as an officer. My first assignment was as 2nd Lt. , followed by 1st Lt. in charge of probationary members training. I also served as Truck Captain before being promoted to Engine Captain for 4 years , where my primary assignment was department wide training. I currently hold the rank of 2nd Asst. Chief .

Areas of expertise:

In my department we have a Rescue Company in which we run MVA's, as well as F.A.S.T. (RIT) . We also have a Truck Company which we cover two neighboring districs in addition to our own.
