    Hey Chief,
Can't you make up your mind? Too cold up here in Rachacha, too hot in Georgia, too cold in Stamford, now back to Georgia.... I wish I had your frequent flyer miles. You remember the ice storms and snowstorms in Jan 89? I was a rookie at Q/M4 with Bellucci as a boss. I had hopes to get to FDIC this year, you were actually in my itinerary, alas "training $$ was recaptured for someone else's plans. Another time perhaps. JY

I enjoyed 13's too considering it was an engine! Bruce Yanz was my B/C and Jon Peer was the D/C at the time. The city condemed the building just after I was promoted to Capt. Joe inzinnia from 13's drew the picture. Sad day when it closed. 13's runs out of Broad and Allen. Rumor it might be going back to the old T 10 E 4 days. From there I was transitioned up to Q3. Did rope work up there as a specialty. Players are all new. Game is still the same, I'm still trying to figure out the rules though. Just when I was getting the hang of it the Health and Safety job opened up. Lots to learn every day.

Well the foundation started to sink in. Something about a gasoline explosion to kill the rats! Actually the foundation was collapsing. There were some rather marked cracks that were measured and started to spread over the course of a couple months. It was a convenient way to merge Q/M 8 (read T10 E4) and E13. My guess next year midi 8 will be gone and it will be like the "Old Days". We will see. I know I am glad I don't need to make those kinds of choices, I just live with the consequences of those choices! Trying to stay safe up here.
