I have been in the fire service for over 25 years, and supporting the needs of customers in different business environments for over 15 years. Presently I am the director of Customer Success for Junction Networks/OnSIP, a cloud based telephony solution. I have been a professional photojournalist since I was a teenager, and am rarely without a camera. I love using social media as a tools for emergency service. I volunteer as a firefighter, photographer, Public Information and Fire Prevention Officer for Doylestown Fire Co. No. 1 in Doylestown, PA, where I work, serve and live with my wife Karen, and daughter Megan.
