Began career in the fire service in 1996. Currently a firefighter and instructor with the Asheville (NC) Fire Department and the Brevard (NC) Fire Department. AAS degree in Fire Science from Gaston College (NC) and a bachelors degree in Emergency Management from Western Carolina University.
