Bio:
Frank Ricci is a 19 year plus student of the fire service. Frank is a Battalion Chief with the Casa Grande Fire Department in Arizona.

Prior to becoming a Chief Officer, he served for 14 years as a Firefighter and Lieutenant on a Truck and Engine Company. In addition to his background in a career position, he has also served on departments in a volunteer and part time capacity.

Chief Ricci was an adjunct Fire Science instructor at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake, Illinois for 10 years and instructed fire service officer courses at Elgin Community College. He is a Certified Instructor and Fire Officer.

Chief Ricci holds a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety with a concentration in Fire Science and Safety from Columbia Southern University and an Associates Degree in Fire Science and Safety from Elgin Community College. Chief Ricci is currently seeking his Master’s Degree and will soon start his course work at the National Fire Academy.

Chief Ricci has proudly served with the Carpentersville Fire Department for 14 years leaving there as a Company Officer. Chief Ricci currently is proudly serving the City of Casa Grande Fire Department as a Battalion Chief/Training Officer.
