    Hey Berg!!!

Wife and I just got back from our cruise. Great time relaxing and doing nothing.

I'm assuming you'll be off on Sunday when I return. See you in another week...unless you're coming up with us for MCO's.

Have a great shift without me.
  • Brent Kaiser

Hey Berg! Didn't even know this existed. Pretty lame on my part. I've been chatting with all the youngsters on MySpace and FaceBook. Guess it's time I grew up and played with the big boys and girls. I miss you brother.
  • Chad Berg

    Bring it on down!
  • Brent Kaiser

I would love to, but I have to save all my cans and bottles for Maine!

    Hey,

Funny how we seem to know. I was just talking to Paula about how I haven't been in touch with you for several weeks.

I have been cold, colder it seems than past years. Its only -3, I should be feeling like a sunny day. Lots happenin' up here. We should talk, I could use you as a sounding board.
  • scott corrigan

Chad, Who would be a good contact at your dept. for information and discussion regarding tactical use of CAFS. We ar facing some hot topics: GPM of 1 3/4 and 2 1/2 CAF lines and do you use CAFS in bldgs that do not have carpets?
  • Ben Fleagle

Hey Brother: Check out the pics on my page! 109 playin' truckie whooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....yeah, open mic.
  • Ben Fleagle

Look, I know those with bugles are supposed to stay off the nozzle, but in Fairbanks, at -15 degrees, (a balmy evening), air packs go bad quick and the guy wearin' the functionin SCBA is the one on the tip!! ......I'm just sayin.
  • Ben Fleagle

As far as truckie vs. nozzlejockie, ...I'm not gonna lie to ya, ..I swing both ways. After all, its Alaska.
  • Brent Kaiser

Hope you enjoy the new pictures as much as I did. That was one awsome convention Brother. See you soon.
  • Ben Fleagle

Brother, everything is set. We decorate the engine today, the bell is in place, the color guard equipment is shined. We're lookin' good. Chief would be proud. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that I keep you close. You're positive attitude and enthusiastic greeting always warms my meloncholy heart. I need people like you from time to time, and I'll keep you close in my heart tommorrow.

I know that you know that I know that I am really stalking you. But I am so good at it, you think you are stalking me. So in reality we are....... Oh whatever.... How are ya Brother?
  • Eric Hankins

It's nice having a probie isn't it... YCFD is going good. Looks like we may be getting an 8 screen theater to train on for a few days. Only bad part is when we get it, it will be last minute and only for a few days.. Oh well Train when ever you can right. Slower than heck on the fires though. I can't buy a job. My engine has been on close to 20+ working fires this year, and I have only been on duty for 1!!!!!!! Sucks to be me huh???

Be safe and have fun Bro. I love ya!!!

Here's a thought. The United States of the Western Coast. Alaska, BC and Washington. Yeah? You said you were cut off except through the North. I figure if you can put up with a few Cannoooks, we can make a go of it. Be'in cut off isn't all that bad once you get used to it.

    Hey Brother,

Havin' hot time in the city! Actually, I can came in on call back and missed out on the hot stuff, just a lot of defense and overhaul. Lost our favorite spot for pancakes on a Sunday morning. Hey Brother

Did you see the video posted on your Forum? Unfortunately it ends just before you declare you're about to lose your lunch, but the effect is there none the less. Let me know what you think!
  • Todd McKee

    Dear Friend,

Please allow me to invite you to the group called HazMat Placards to Success. This group will allow firefighters to discuss a step by step process for a Hazardous Materials response. From the firefighter to the hazmat technician. The first step has been posted in the group, with many more steps to come.

    Thank you!
