FireHouse software help

Good day boys and girls.
I have a question/favor to ask.
My department just got FireHouse software for records and reporting. For those of you that already use it, I am sure you remember how overwhelming all the options were. Well, I am there.

Does anyone have any 'cheat sheets', or any other avenues of learning what the training section has or can do? I know, I am taking the lazy way out of this, but I any help would be great. Anything that can be emailed would be great or any place to get this type of info will be a great help.

Thanks for your help and time,
Joe

This sounds like a God send. I have been developing the training for our department for the past 5 months.  I have several powerpoints and helpguides/cheatsheets specific to our needs.  How can I get your powerpoints?

We have it all on power point if you are interested. Our chief decided to put all the power points on our network drive so everyone had access at all times to view. It cover a majority of the program. Let me know if this interests you..

If you still have the power point for the Firehouse Software, I would be interested in seeing it. It would be a huge help!

    Thanks,

    Rebecca,

Sorry to take so long to get back to you.

I was never sent anything by anyone regarding the PPT for Firehouse. I just had to mull through it on my own.

I am sorry, if you find anything please let me know.

    Happy New Year,

    Joe
