So what ACTUALLY happened? Dry plugs? No ICS? Where was the second, third, fourth tone? Its really hard to say anything w/o knowing what happened. Is there an article that goes WITH this fire? BTW what was the blue smoke all about? I'm with Chuck...thats aint the Chi-town FD I know it to be!!
