Bio:
My responsibilities at BGSU include organizing the Bowling Green State Fire School. I work directly with the instructors to develop new courses, discuss class content, set prerequisites for each course and outline participant responsibilities during the course. This helps me guide students into the most suitable class for their training needs. I also work directly with potential sponsors to raise additional money for firefighter and rescue personnel training. The Bowling Green State Fire School draws more than 1,000 firefighters and rescue personnel from the states of Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. I help organize more than 45 week long courses to meet the continuing education requirements of Ohio and surrounding states’ emergency responders

Hi, Kerry! I've attended State Fire School for many years - what an incredible program you folks have. I'm not going to make it this Fall but plan on attending Spring of 2010 - I'll be sure and look you up!
Take care, Sister!

Hello Kerry,
You have quite an impressive background. Like yourself I am in charge of providing education for my HazMat Team and as a Ohio HazMat TAC member am involved in determining the future of Ohio HazMat Education, Equipment and Responce. I am very surprised that no one from any of the fire schools have bothered to send a rep to the TAC meetings. If you want to keep in touch you can e-mail me at:

Always nice to meet new people especialy ones in Ohio.
Be Safe
