I am so glad you hung in with us, I know our old site was tough to get around. Regarding Courage and Valor we are starting a list of instructors who are willing to donate one or two fees a year to the foundation. There is no set amount or anything like that, when I speak for a day I usually ask for $1000. as a donation, for keynotes I ask for a $500 donation and when I speak to volunteer groups I just ask them to pass a boot at the end.
I got a group question I am going to post right now.
This is a great page and thanks for all you are doing!
Your friend Bobby
Hey Tony, thought I'd just say hello right here. I am in Adrian, which is dead in the middle of a triangle of Ann Arbor, Jackson, and Toledo Ohio. I know a few folks around Chelsea, and maybe a couple in GR. One of my high school buddies from here lives near GB I think. Really nice to meet you brother - keep in touch
Your concerns were the same as mine, at first I thought it was hookie. It is only ment to be used in an extream emergency. I was under it when it was used. I am a believer the with the volume it pumps out we did not feel any heat invertion. Note the system do's not go into the fire room just protects the haul. It something went really wrong a steam burn would be ok with me. Yes with properly trained instuctors and following 1403 you should never have to use it. I been burning for years and never had a problem. I am also not nieve to think that in training and on the job things can go wrong.
