The U.S. Fire Administration (USFA) has received notice of the following firefighter fatality: NY

It is in great sadness, that we as a Brotherhood, post the 23rd Line Of Duty Death for 2016 from the United States Fire Administration. Fellow Brother Firefighter Theodore A. Stafford has made the ultimate sacrifice in love for their fellow man. Our sincerest condolences go out to his family, friends and our Brothers & Sisters with the Sag Harbor Fire Department.

Incident Description: Firefighter Stafford died at home from a nature and cause of fatal injury still to be determined shortly after responding to the fire station for an emergency call.
