Bio:
I have been on a small fire dept. for about 5 yrs and now we are growing. I enjoy teaching others that I have learned at other drills and classes that I have been to. I soon realized that we need to do more training with both other fire depts. as well as our younger recruits/cadets. My partner and I have started a training program for our Cadets/Recruits.
